Casting Into Year 19: MSC’s Annual Bass Fishing Tournament 2026

On May 1st, 2026, employees of MSC gathered once again for one of the company’s favorite traditions, the 19th Annual MSC Bass Fishing Tournament. Before sunrise, teams launched their boats and headed out onto the water, ready for a morning of competition, laughs, and hopefully a few big catches.

The day began with chilly temperatures and brisk morning air, but as the sun climbed higher, the weather quickly turned into a beautiful and warm spring day, perfect conditions for a tournament on the lake. Anglers spent the morning working their favorite spots and techniques before returning for the official noon weigh-in.

This year’s tournament brought a shake-up to the leaderboard as Andy and Rodney claimed the championship title, ending the previous champions’ impressive two-year winning streak. Their strong performance earned them this year’s bragging rights and tournament trophy after a competitive morning on the water.

Following the weigh-in, employees and families gathered to relax and enjoy lunch catered by Calhoun's BBQ. Great food, good conversation, and plenty of fishing stories rounded out another successful company event.

MSC’s annual fishing tournament continues to be a great opportunity for employees to connect outside of work, enjoy the outdoors, and strengthen the camaraderie that makes our team special. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped organize this year’s event,
