Directions from McGhee Tyson Airport to MSC in Oak Ridge

McGhee Tyson Airport serves the Knoxville, Tennessee area. The airport is located at Alcoa, south of Knoxville. Exit the airport following ramp US-129 North towards Knoxville/Oak Ridge Follow US-129 North to I-140 West (2.3 miles) Stay on I-140 and in about 9.5 miles it will cross over I-40 and merge onto the Pellissippi Parkway (TN-162) Follow Pellissippi Parkway approximately 7 miles. It will become TN-62 just before the town of Solway. Drive through Solway and across the Clinch River/Melton Hill Lake Bridge. In about a mile after crossing the bridge the road will take a wide swing to the right. After traveling approximately one mile you will come to a traffic light (intersection of S. Illinois Ave. and Union Valley Road). After passing through this intersection, the next drive on the left will be MSC.
